Your 100% satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy.

  • Period: We have a 14 day return policy from the day you receive your order.
  • To make a return, the goods must be unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Please send an email to infosaviorseed@gmx.at with the subject 'Return' and the information: order number, name and reason for the return.
  • We will give you precise instructions on where to return the goods.
  • Is the delivery address also specified where returns can be sent?
  • Please note that you as the customer are responsible for the shipping costs for the return. Styl-Now does not cover return shipping costs.
  • Once the returned item has been received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email informing you of the status of your refund.
  • If the refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment shortly thereafter
