Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your THRU-JESUS purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.

1. No Statutory Right of Return

Please note: In the United States, there is no statutory right of return or withdrawal as exists in the EU. All sales are generally final.

2. Exceptions – Damaged or Wrong Items

We gladly accept returns or offer a full refund in the following cases:

• ✅ You received a damaged item
• ✅ You received the wrong item (wrong size, wrong design)
• ✅ There is a print quality defect

In these cases, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at thrujesus@gmx.at with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue

We will send a replacement or issue a full refund within 14 days – at no cost to you.

3. No Returns for Other Reasons

We do not accept returns for the following reasons:

• ❌ Change of mind
• ❌ Wrong size ordered (please check our size chart carefully before ordering)
• ❌ Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

As a print-on-demand store, each item is individually produced after your order – returns for non-defective items are therefore not possible.
